Departments

We've found our business falls naturally into five operational areas:

• Customer Service
• Photocopying
• Graphic Design, Prepress & Digital Output
• Press
• Bindery & Finishing

Although we find these job divisions useful, we aren't bureaucratic. Each staff member has special expertise in his or her assigned area, but each is also cross-trained in other areas to assist whenever and wherever necessary.

Staff
We're proud of our products, services, and technology. But in the end, a business that does custom work (and every print job is custom), is about people. If the staff doesn't have the dedication, the attitude, and the expertise to get a job done, the rest of the stuff doesn't matter.

Most of our staff have been with us for many years. Like a good sports team, each member is a specialist, but works closely with the rest of the team to make sure jobs are done right.
